CandelWood Capital is a small business loans broker that connects business owners with lenders who can provide financing for their businesses. We do not provide any loans or financing ourselves. Our Services are intended to provide you with information and resources to help you find financing options that may be available to you.



To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To use some of our Services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up-to-date at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activity that occurs on your account.

In no event shall CandleWood Capital be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our Services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.


Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in the State of Wyoming.



If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CandleWood Capital with respect to your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and CandleWood Capital.
